Anxiety Buster Tea

Ingredients:

Include but not limited to Lemon Balm, Lavender, Rosemary, German Chamomile, Passion Flower, and Kava 

Chamomile has a pleasant effect on people. Not only is it an attractive herb with an agreeable apple-like aroma, it's also a great choice for a relaxing, calming cup of herbal tea.

Lavender Flowers has a relaxing and uplifting qualities that leave users with a sense of calm and balance, making it one of today's most popular scents. Lavender is a gentle, multi-purpose herb.

Kava Root is a tropical plant in the pepper family with a long history of use in the South Pacific. The active compounds the plant are a group of acids collectively referred to as kavalactones. Because these agents have an effect on the central nervous system, the herb is known as the “peace plant” and is typically enjoyed at the end of the day by Pacific Islanders.

Passion Flower has a particular reputation for inducing a state of calm and relaxation. It's also quite tasty, on its own or mixed with other herbs, flowers or fruit peels.

May help with nervous system disorders, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. 

Directions

Put 1 teaspoon of tea in mesh strainer, tea bag, or coffee press. Add 8 oz. of near boiling point distilled or spring water and steep for no more than 15 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.

Can repeat this process three times daily.
